Finding the balance between softness and strength, my classes have a nurturing approach with the aim of bringing you a sense of inner connection, calm and empowerment. I enjoy choosing postures and breathwork techniques which encourage positive, energetic shifts to help release what doesn’t serve you and to make space for the things that do.

About Sophie

Having trained as a dancer during my teenage years I quickly reconnected with the medicine of movement when I started practicing yoga in 2017. I completed my yoga 200hr teacher training in London in 2021 and have since undertaken an additional pregnancy qualification. My aim is to gift my students a fluid and grounding practice, leaving them feeling balanced, restored and more connected to their mind and body.
