About Sophie

Having trained as a dancer during my teenage years, I quickly reconnected with the medicine of movement when I started practising yoga in 2017.

Finding the balance of softness and strength, my classes have a nurturing approach with the aim of bringing you a sense of inner connection, calm and empowerment.

I enjoy choosing postures and breathwork techniques which encourage a positive, energetic shift to help release what doesn’t serve you and to make space for the things that do. My dancing background means that getting creative with fruity, fluid movements, accompanied by a carefully thought-out playlist, is my jam.

As a person, I have a soft nature with a positive approach to life. My main focus when teaching a yoga class is to ensure every student who steps onto their mat feels totally included, safe and confident within their body, no matter the strength of their practice or level of experience.

On a mission of continuous growth, I particularly enjoy being inspired by my students and teachers alike. My classes are suitable for all levels, so whether you are a first-timer or a regular yogi, there’s an option in there for everyone. You’ll leave with a deeper appreciation and understanding of yourself and what you CAN do!
