Our evening together will commence with a 1hr yoga class with Sophie, inspired by the element of Air (suitable for all levels). The element of Air focus' on opening the front of the body, particularly the heart space allowing us to welcome in love and kindness for ourselves, others in the space and beyond. We will move and breathe as one to collectively boost our mood and lift our energy to a place of profound positivity.

The class will be followed by a delicious spread whipped up by talented chef, Susie Flory. Susie’s carefully curated menu of "good mood food" is inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours with South-East Asian twists!

To Susie, food has always been about so much more than just eating. She believes it's the perfect daily excuse to spend time with the people we love.
