The change of season often comes with a shift in our mood, energy, thoughts and feelings. Many of us pass judgment as we move into the softer, slower months, feeling frustrated that we are not as upbeat or as motivated.
Join me for “Unwind” a workshop focused on leaning into softness, working with it and becoming comfortable with shifting our pace to suit the season.
Together we will explore yogic breath, Pranayama, before practicing a deliciously nurturing Hatha-Vinyasa yoga flow. Our time together will come to an end with a guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and closing relaxation.
In the busy life we lead it’s so important yet sometimes so hard to gift ourselves time to “unwind”. Expect to leave feeling a little lighter and looser with a fresh perspective to enter nature's next chapter.
All levels are welcome so whether you are a seasoned yogi, a total newbie or just out to beat those Sunday scaries I can assure you there's something in there for everyone.
